If you are an individual whose business contact information is in our database, your information may be “Sold” or “Shared” as part of a data list provided to our Clients. You have the right to opt-out of this (see Section 6).

B. Nevada Residents: Nevada law (NRS 603A) permits residents to opt-out of the “sale” of “covered information” (which includes name, address, and other identifying information). Client Responsibility: Our Clients, as part of our Terms of Service, certify that they will comply with all federal and state laws, including the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR) and state “Do-Not-Call” (DNC) laws. Clients using our telemarketing lists are responsible for maintaining their own Subscription Account Number (SAN) with the FTC (where required) and scrubbing lists against relevant DNC registries.
Our DNC Policy: We maintain our own internal Do-Not-Call policy. If you wish to be placed on our internal DNC list, please contact us at hello@firstclassmktg.com.
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the Personal Information we control from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is ever 100% secure.
We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, to provide our Services, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
